DEX/CHA Musetouched Aasimar: Eldritch Scoundrel 1 first (Weapon Finesse and its level-1 spells from level 1), then Scaled Fist 1 (CHA to AC, Crane Style as the Monk bonus feat), Vivisectionist 2 (Mutagen, early Sneak Attack, Feral Mutagen) and Eldritch Scoundrel to 17 for the main Rogue progression and INT-based prepared spells. It uses a Sai in the main hand, adds an off-hand Short Sword at level 7 and swaps it for Hasty Eradicator (a dagger) at level 13. Finesse Training supplies DEX to damage. It takes the Angel mythic path for Halo, plus Mythic TWF.
